Increased Production Capacity: The Formatic R-Series is built to meet the demands of high volume users. With the 180 systems, this range doubles production by cutting forms every 180 degrees. This unique feature allows for quicker emptying of the hopper, resulting in less handling of the product. This is particularly beneficial for delicate products such as fish, vegetarian, vegan, and cheese. By maintaining the original structure of the product, the Formatic R-Series ensures the highest quality output.
The Formatic R-Series can achieve a single form shape of 120 mm diameter, double form shapes of up to 55 mm diameter and triple form shapes of up to 35 mm diameter.
