The LMV 1500 is built to withstand the demands of an industrial environment and to produce large quanitities of product. The entire mixer is made of Stainless Steel, making it durable and easy to clean and the bowl can hold up to 1500 litres of product. The pneumatically operated front door allows for easy and convenient discharge of the product, while the hydraulic bowl cover ensures safe and secure operation.
One of the key features of the LMV 1500 is its twin paddle design. This unique design ensures that the product is thoroughly mixed, resulting in a consistent and high-quality end product. The mixing arms are specially designed to create a gentle and efficient mixing action, ensuring that all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the product.
The LMV 1500 features two specially designed mixing arms placed in separate levels of the bowl.
A safety rail covers the bowl of the mixer – when pressed machine stops.
An observation platform is fitted to the side of the machine to view the product and to assist with cleaning.
A 200L tote bin hoist is attached to the side of the machine (optional)
Bottom of the mixer is totally enclosed – no dirt can get inside when cleaning the machine
