The RVF 911 stands out for its remarkable throughput performance, making it well-suited for industrial applications. The enhanced pump capacity provides an optimal solution for various industrial uses, allowing seamless integration with different clipping machines and attachments.
At the core of this machine is the rotary vane conveyor system, boasting an enlarged diameter compared to the 500 and 700 series, ensuring the highest level of portioning accuracy. The system offers options with 8 or 14 vanes, or blind vanes, and incorporates a straightforward pressure leveling piston for impeccable portioning accuracy.
Additionally, the RVF 911 can be equipped with an integrated lifting/tipping device for standard 200 or 300-litre trolleys, with the larger 350-litre hopper version facilitating maximum loading and easy cleaning during charge changes. The design of the conveyor system allows water to flow out during cleaning, and the feeder screw in the hopper ensures optimal in-feed for both non-viscous and viscous products into the rotary vane conveyor system.
Featuring standard touchscreen controls for user-friendly operation, the RVF 911 can drive various clipping machines and attachments. REX has strengthened the servo drive technology, utilized for over 25 years, specifically for the RVF 911 to achieve maximum filling pressure. It’s worth noting that the RVF 911 can always be equipped with a rotating or fixed casing holding device, simplifying the twisting of artificial or natural casings.
