This industrial crusher is specifically designed to handle standardized Euro dimensions and is capable of delivering the best performance when the product temperature is maintained between -15 to -20 °C. The crushing process is carried out using a slow-rotating, durable tooth head. The blocks of frozen raw material are loaded into the crusher manually, using an arm or a belt. As the blocks fall gravitally into the crusher, they come into contact with the tooth head.
The tooth head, with its appropriate structure and counter-teeth, pulls and breaks the blocks into smaller pieces, resembling the width of the teeth, which typically range from 35 to 70 mm. Once the shredding process is complete, the smaller pieces of frozen raw material are collected in a loading cart or a conveyor for further processing. The applied grinding system does not significantly incresae the temperature of the raw material, which is important. .
