Description:
- The angular positioning of the screws is crucial for proper mixing and processing of the raw material. The screws should be strategically positioned to allow for thorough mixing and efficient movement of the material through the processing equipment.
- The throat of the equipment is an important consideration as it should be equipped with a cover at a suitable height to allow for easy discharge of the processed material into standard 200 l trolleys or big box containers. This feature is especially important when larger quantities of pet food need to be produced and packaged.
- The drives of the working and feeding screw are also key. They should be powerful enough to ensure smooth and consistent movement of the material through the equipment. A reliable and efficient drive system is essential for maintaining a consistent production flow and preventing any disruptions or delays.
- Access to the discharge of the feeding screw and easy cleaning of the hopper are also important considerations. The equipment should be designed with a side cover that can be easily opened on the arm. This allows for convenient access to the discharge area and simplifies the cleaning process. The machine has a limit switch on it.
- The mincer boasts a good flow and compression of the raw material in the cutting tool, ensuring optimal performance. With a proper structure of the cut, you can achieve consistent and high-quality results.

- This mincer offers several features that facilitate easy cleaning and ensure the highest level of hygiene. It is equipped with a manual ejector of the main screw, enabling easy removal for cleaning purposes. Moreover, it has an external connection for rinsing the main worm sealing hygiene zone, further enhancing the cleaning process. THe Machine covers are fitted with hygienic seals and locks.
