Vertical Air Flow

The Reich AIRMASTER ensures optimal performance and efficient processing with its advanced air recirculation system, leading to high-quality products in minimal time. The air treatment unit, featuring a powerful fan, heating register, and humidifying equipment, is seamlessly integrated into the plant’s head section. This unit heats, cools, dries, or humidifies the treatment air, incorporating fresh air or smoke as needed. The treated air is then directed into the treatment chamber through special injection canals. The AIRMASTER’s air routing creates a turbulent flow, ensuring consistent treatment of goods. With automated regulation through tightly closing fresh air and exhaust flaps, the AIRMASTER offers versatile treatment options with preselected working programs.
The treatment processes are programmed by entering a treatment temperature, relative humidity, processing time or a desired product core temperature.
 A product-friendly Delta-t treatment is also possible at every program step.
After the end of a program cycle, the treatment air is evacuated before the chamber door is opened. In addition, the fresh air and exhaust flaps open with a pneumatic cylinder in order to permit air exchange.

UK Universal units can be supplied in sizes from 1-14 Trolleys with single or double (side by side) entrance.

Systems can be fitted with electric, steam, gas or oil burner heating.

Modular Construction

One module corresponds to one trolley. Each module is equipped with its own motor, fan wheel, heat exchanger, nozzles etc..
